Terms and Conditions Regarding Payments and Orders:
Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.
- All orders placed with Zeezbeez must be paid for in FULL before we will commence your order.
- Once your order has been processed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please check your order before proceeding.
- Please take care to enter your address correctly in romanised English. If your parcel doesn’t arrive due to incorrect or insufficient address information we are not liable and will not be able to issue a refund or re-post your item.
- Shipping costs are beyond our control, and the time it takes for your item to arrive is also beyond our control.
- Whilst we take all reasonable measures to pack your item as well as we can, and we of course hope your item arrives in the condition it left in, we cannot take responsibility for the postal service and the way they treat our products. There will be no refunds on damaged items or shipping due to courier negligence.
- We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time.
- For all other situations, cancellations or significant order changes after full payment has been received and/or completion of an order will result in a 20% admin and restocking fee being retained by Zeezbeez. If a special order has been completed by Zeezbeez in full, there will be NO refund. This especially applies where Zeezbeez has purchased additional materials to complete that order.
- All beekeeping classes are required to be paid in full to secure your place. This can be transferred for up-to twelve months in special circumstances.
- Zeezbeez reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
- Terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
