When will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to get your delicious goods to you as soon as possible. Please allow 4-5 working days for us to pick and pack your order. Due to continuing postal service issues please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Thank you for understanding as this is beyond our control. Please note: this may take longer for international orders.

Where do you deliver to?

We now deliver internationally! Excluding New Zealand and Tasmania due to import restrictions. Please check your local laws regarding importing honey from Australia. We are not liable if purchased products from our website are not allowed into the country you ordered to, if they are confiscated or for any import or disposal expenses incurred.

We also offer free local postage (to the Perth Metro Area) on orders over $100!

What if I change my mind?

Once your order is processed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully check your order before proceeding. Thank you for your understanding.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

Please take care to enter your address correctly in romanised English. If your parcel doesn’t arrive due to insufficient address information we are not liable and will not be able to issue a refund or re-post your item. 

How does international delivery work?

We are not liable if purchased products from our website are not allowed into the country you ordered to or if they are confiscated. We are not liable for any import or disposal expenses incurred.

Unfortunately due to our lack of control over how international couriers handle your parcel and the high number of glass breakages on international order, all overseas orders will be in plastic jars unless you specifically request glass in the order notes.

If you live in Singapore you can also purchase some of our honey from The Wildflower Edit.

Please note: Shipping costs are beyond our control, and the time it takes for your item to arrive is also beyond our control.
Whilst we take all reasonable measures to pack your item as well as we can, and we of course hope your item arrives in the condition it left in, we cannot take responsibility for the postal service and the way they treat our products. There will be no refunds on damaged items or shipping due to courier negligence.
